To use our services, you must register using your Google account. By logging in via Google, you grant us permission to access your email address and profile information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Process content that violates any applicable law, copyright, or intellectual property rights.
• Process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to bypass or hack our security measures or credit systems.

5. Credits, Payments & Affiliate Program

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits purchased are non-refundable once used. We also offer an affiliate program where users can earn credits by referring new users. We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit conversion rates, and affiliate commission structures at any time.

In no event shall AI Clipper, nor its developers, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
